Andrea “Andi” LeBeau

Ms. LeBeau’s technical assistance and training portfolio includes nearly two decades of experience in leadership roles, human resources, and operational support for tribes, Indian gaming enterprises, and native organizations. Andi has served her home community as well as consulted for tribes in the lower 48 and Alaska.
Andi has worked as a trainer with AmeriCorps, taught extensively on the reservation, served in the Wyoming House of Representatives, and is a long-time volunteer leader across the Wind River Indian Reservation and the state of Wyoming. Following more than a decade of work with the Wind River Hotel and Casino, Andi rose to assistant general manager, overseeing multiple departments and employing more than 750 employees. She has a deep background in policy and procedure for tribes and tribal entities. Andi has served as a board member on the Wyoming Humanities Council and the Wind River Tribal College.
