Eric is a shareholder of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), and a lifelong Alaskan living in Eagle River. For more than 20 years he’s partnered with Tribes and Tribal organizations across Alaska on behavioral health, workforce development, grant writing, and capacity building. He’s especially passionate about collaborative partnerships that lead to lasting, community-driven impact.
Eric has had proven success designing and delivering culturally grounded training programs, facilitating workshops for diverse audiences, and building strategic partnerships with Tribal, nonprofit, government, and community organizations as well as experience managing multi-million-dollar programs, supervising teams, developing curriculum and educational content, and expanding organizational impact through outreach, collaboration, and innovation. He has a strong knowledge of Alaska Native cultures, communities, and values with a demonstrated commitment to cultural accuracy, professionalism, and relationship building.
