Joshua brings high-level expertise in broadband infrastructure deployment and adoption programs, as well as emergency preparedness and response.
Joshua has previously served the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program and was instrumental in the rollout of over a billion dollars in Indian Country. He individually oversaw over 30 projects totaling over $444 million in the Alaska region. Joshua has served in high-level tribal, state, and federal government roles, adding incredible value to the team as a liaison and coach.
