Most recently, as a Recruiting Consultant at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, she managed day-to-day recruiting activities, coordinated background checks, and organized recruitment events, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Prior to this, as an HR Specialist at Cook Inlet Region, Inc., she facilitated the hiring and onboarding of qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with employment regulations.

Laurie's tenure as a Professional Recruiter at Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation highlighted her ability to develop and implement both local and national recruiting plans, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. During her time as a Statewide Recruiter with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, she managed a substantial number of requisitions and provided recruitment support to tribal partners across Alaska, showcasing her capability to operate in high-volume environments.

With a background in program administration and previous roles as a Nurse Recruiter and Associate Recruiter, Laurie has honed her skills in managing complex recruitment processes and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Her education includes training in Business & Office Technology, Medical Coding & Billing, and Breastfeeding Peer Counseling, further complementing her extensive HR expertise.
