She has driven high-impact initiatives at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, leading efforts in public health equity, coalition building, and national surveillance strategies. Jessica’s work spans public health advocacy, large-scale system implementation, and cross-agency coordination, bringing a results-oriented approach to complex challenges. Her work has included extensive collaboration with academic institutions, research centers, and evaluators to translate data and research into national public health action. She is passionate about advancing health equity and strengthening systems that enable sustainable community and organizational impact.
